Welcome to KSM SOLAR
64.8kW carbon steel waterproof photovoltaic (PV) carport system implemented in Fujian Province is a compact, durable, and highly functional solar shading structure. It combines robust carbon steel construction with waterproof design elements to protect both vehicles and electrical components from Fujian’s humid, rainy subtropical climate while generating clean energy.
Installation Site:Fujian, China
Generating Capacity:64.8kW
Climate-Adapted Structural Design
Material: The carport frame is made of hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance—essential for Fujian’s coastal humidity and frequent rainfall.
Waterproof Roof Integration: PV modules are installed with sealed mounting systems and often combined with a waterproof membrane or inclined design to prevent water ingress. Drainage channels are incorporated to direct rainwater away from parking areas and electrical equipment.
PV System Configuration
Capacity: 64.8kW total, typically using 18–20 pieces of 330–360W high-efficiency monocrystalline modules (approx. 180–200 panels total).
Layout: Arrays are tilted between 10°–20° to maximize solar exposure in Fujian’s latitude (≈25°N), while promoting natural rainwater runoff.
Inverters: One or two string inverters (e.g., 30–50kW units) are installed, often placed in elevated, sheltered locations to avoid moisture damage.
Energy Performance in Fujian
Annual Generation: Estimated 70,000–85,000 kWh/year, leveraging Fujian’s annual sunlight hours (≈1,700–2,000 hours).
Emission Reductions: Offsets 55–70 tons of CO₂ annually, contributing to local sustainability targets.
