64.8kW carbon steel waterproof photovoltaic (PV) carport system implemented in Fujian Province is a compact, durable, and highly functional solar shading structure. It combines robust carbon steel construction with waterproof design elements to protect both vehicles and electrical components from Fujian’s humid, rainy subtropical climate while generating clean energy.

Climate-Adapted Structural Design

    • Material: The carport frame is made of hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance—essential for Fujian’s coastal humidity and frequent rainfall.

    • Waterproof Roof Integration: PV modules are installed with sealed mounting systems and often combined with a waterproof membrane or inclined design to prevent water ingress. Drainage channels are incorporated to direct rainwater away from parking areas and electrical equipment.
