Welcome to KSM SOLAR
3.6MW utility-scale solar PV ground-mount system featuring lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy mounting structures, successfully deployed in Japan. This project exemplifies advanced engineering tailored to Japan's seismic activity, challenging terrain, stringent regulatory environment, and high environmental standards. By utilizing aluminum alloy framing across a large-area deployment, the system achieves long-term durability, accelerated installation, and full compliance with Japan's Feed-in Premium (FIP) framework
Installation Site: Fukuoka, Japan
Installation Date: 2024.8
Generating Capacity: 3.6MW
Material: High-strength, extruded aluminum alloy 6005-T5 , surface-treated with anodizing for maximum atmospheric corrosion resistance.
Lightweight Advantage: Approximately one-third the weight of conventional galvanized steel, significantly reducing:
Structural dead load on foundations.
Transportation costs, especially for remote or mountainous sites.
On-site assembly labor and crane/heavy machinery requirements.
Corrosion Performance: Zero red rust risk; ideal for Japan's coastal zones, high-humidity regions, and areas with acidic precipitation.
Design Life: Certified for 25+ years structural integrity under Japan's industrial standards (JIS H 4100, JIS H 8601).
Geotechnically Optimized Design:
Steel screw piles (galvanized + epoxy coated) for rapid installation in soft alluvial soils.
Seismic Compliance: All pile-to-structure connections designed with slotted holes and vibration-damping bushings to accommodate earthquake-induced ground motion.
