Advanced Single-Column Structural Design

  • Central Support System: The carport roof is supported by a row of hot-dip galvanized carbon steel central columns, creating a wide, column-free parking space ideal for efficient traffic flow and flexible layout.

  • Material & Durability: High-strength carbon steel with multi-layer anti-corrosion treatment (galvanization + epoxy coating) to withstand Zhejiang's high humidity, rainfall, and occasional coastal salt exposure.

  • Load Capacity: Designed for wind loads up to 0.85 kN/m² and snow loads of 0.5 kN/m², complying with Zhejiang’s local building and structural codes.

Optimized PV Configuration

  • Capacity: 300kW DC system, typically using 540–550W monocrystalline modules (approx. 550–560 panels total).

  • Layout: South-facing arrays tilted at 12°–18° to maximize solar exposure in Zhejiang’s latitude (≈28°–30°N). The single-column design allows for uninterrupted solar roof coverage.

  • Mounting System: Rails securely fastened to steel purlins, with IP68-rated connectors and waterproof cable management to prevent moisture ingress.
