  • Lightweight Optimization: Despite being steel-based, ZnAlMg systems can achieve significant weight reduction compared to traditional galvanized steel. By utilizing high-strength grades, component thickness can be reduced—purlins to 1.8mm and columns to 2.0-2.5mm—achieving up to 12% overall weight reduction.This lowers transportation costs and simplifies handling.

  • Excellent Formability: The coating maintains integrity during severe forming operations including bending, stamping, drawing, and roll-forming, allowing complex structural shapes without compromising corrosion protection
