The Aluminum Alloy Single-Slope Double-Row Photovoltaic Carport is an engineering-optimized system that provides continuous covered parking for two parallel vehicle rows under a unified, inclined roof plane. Constructed entirely from high-strength aluminum alloys, this configuration maximizes spatial efficiency through modular repetition while delivering superior corrosion resistance, lightweight durability, and enhanced photovoltaic performance in a streamlined architectural form.
Continuous Inclined Plane: Features a single, uninterrupted roof surface inclined at an optimized angle of 5-12 degrees, extending continuously over two adjacent parking rows with a central support structure. This design creates a clean visual line while simplifying water drainage and snow management.
Central Support Alignment: The roof is supported by a linear series of aluminum portal frames or trestles positioned along the centerline between the two parking rows. Each support unit typically consists of:
Two primary aluminum columns
A horizontal tie beam or truss at the column tops
Cantilevered rafters extending symmetrically to both sides
Span Optimization: Designed for total widths of 10-18 meters (5-9 meters per side from center), with column spacing of 4-6 meters along the length. This provides clear, unobstructed space for vehicle access and parking maneuvers.
